Performance analysis of VVC intra coding

چکیده
This article presents a performance analysis of Versatile Video Coding (VVC) intra-frame prediction. VVC is the next generation video coding standards, which has been developed to supply demand upcoming applications. brings several innovations and enhancements for prediction improve encoding efficiency. These improvements comprise larger block sizes, more flexible partitioning, angular modes, multiple transform selection, non-separable secondary transform, among others. provides detailed description these tools, discussing how they work together in flow raise compression performance. Moreover, this complexity, usage distribution, rate-distortion-complexity analyses tools over different quantization scenarios. Based on analyses, support future works focusing coding, including complexity reduction, control, real-time hardware design.
